What you’ll take on:
As a Lifeguard and Customer Service Officer, you’ll supervise all patrons in the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. You’ll be responsible for providing a high level of quality service at reception and over the telephone. You’ll also be part of various daily activities involved in the day-to-day customer service operations.
This is a casual position, with varied, seasonal hours during the Orbost Outdoor Pool’s opening season. For the 2025/26 season the pool will be open from 1 November 2025 to 16 March 2026.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts with patrons in a calm and respectful way.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
Understanding and use of point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
Work well as part of a team, follow policies and procedures and support a positive workplace environment.
You must have the following qualifications/licenses
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work in Australia.
