The Opportunity
As Place Planning Coordinator, you’ll lead a team to develop a framework to develop Place Plans that reflect the unique character of East Gippsland’s diverse districts. This role ensures community voices shape strategic plans that align with local needs and broader Council goals. Based in Bairnsdale with travel across the shire, you’ll support community engagement, oversee the Place Planning team, and build partnerships to drive local development.

Things You’re Proud Of (Key Selection Criteria)
If successful, you will need to undertake a police check, hold a current employee type Working With Children Check and you must also be legally entitled to work in Australia. As this is a supervisory role you will also be required to undertake psychometric testing
